People Operations Manager
CurrentIn my role, I am proud to serve as an HR department of one, responsible for scaling and managing all aspects of HR to ensure our team members at AOA Dx remain our top priority. This includes driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and fostering operational excellence. I lead the development and implementation of HR policies, performance management systems, and employee engagement programs, while also overseeing recruiting, onboarding, and learning initiatives. Additionally, I maintain a positive office environment, manage administrative tasks, vendor relationships, and IT coordination. My role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on office management to support the growth and incredible mission of AOA Dx.
