I place job ads on Indeed, and JazzHR for FedEx and Amazon delivery drivers. I screen applicants to find top notch talent who has the most experience matching the employer’s job requirements. I assist candidates with completing the application, getting set up for drug screening and completing the DOT physicals. I work with First Advantage to get driver background and screening results to determine eligibility. I set up interviews based on employer and candidate availability.I create weekly reports tracking the hiring process for up to 8 campaigns which includes the amount of drivers hired, the number of applicants who were sent an application, and the amount of applicants who have completed applications and are awaiting testing results.

I lead a team of 5 recruiters managing 50 contracts at a time, hiring up to 300 FedEx delivery drivers monthly.I facilitate daily meetings to discuss company direction, team goals, upcoming changes, metrics, and performance.I cultivate, and maintain relationships with contractors getting to know their business needs, and ensuring those needs are met while being compliant with company policy and procedures. - I sourced, screened and communicated with CNA staff, work from home CSR's, OTR truck drivers, and event staff. - I set up interviews by phone, or video conference using Teams, Zoom, and Google Meets.- I completed onboarding which included sending documents to new hires, ensuring they are all signed and completed in a timely manner, and entered into the ATS. - I was responsible for ensuring all prerequisites are completed like drug screening, background checks, I9, signed offer letters, and independent contractors agreements.- I also onboarded new businesses to grow the company.
