I am a results driven entrepreneur, with a strong background in customer service, management and recruiting. I was first introduced to recruiting with Diamond Resorts. As a supervisor, I conducted interviews, sourced, screened candidates, and helped with onboarding. Recruiting has taught me that I love helping people with making compelling resumes, finding gainful employment, and preparing for interviews. Being able to help place qualified candidates and hearing about how a new opportunity will change their lives for the better, gives a different sense of fulfillment! Recruiting has allowed me to turn my passion into a real paycheck! Helping bridge the gap between employers and great people is my specialty, and an area where I thrive! Finding top tier talent is my main focus, in an effort to help reduce turnover. I have been recognized for my cost-conscious approach to marketing and sourcing. I have worked on pilot programs helping develop processes, templates, and scripts.
