Business Services Manager
Current• Oversee all HR activities, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. • Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff to ensure smooth operations. • Oversee the Professional Development Center's processes and assignments. • Oversee daily financial operations, including payroll, invoices, and other transactions. • Develop, reconcile, and analyze monthly financial statements and forecasts. • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, and support procurement activities with pricing and compliance. • Analyze cash flow against revenue, invoice, and expenses, providing recommendations for optimization. • Monitor and manage the company's financial accounting, reporting systems, and budgets.• Support procurement activities by managing contract terms, conditions, and editing tasks. • Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and financial modeling for company leadership. • Keep leadership informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends. • Directly supervise staff members who provide support to the division.
