Perform administrative and professional work coordinating and supervising the TANF employment reparation programs. Ensure compliance with Tulalip and Federal laws, grant requirements, and related codes, policies, and procedures within the areas program implementation. Assist Manager with the preparation of mandated quarterly and annual reports.Create, coordinate, schedule and facilitate trainings for clients and/or employees. Assist Case Managers and clients with the composition and implementation of aptitude testing and self-sufficiency plans. Develop trainings to help clients progress in the areas of dependable strength, budgeting, job readiness, resume building, etc. Work with clients and community members for Wrap Around Services, facilitate with families to enhance their natural support systems and identify their strengths and stretches. Assist clients and employees in identifying common goals and increase collaboration between agencies serving families. Assist 477/TANF Manager with the planning and implementation of community events and employment preparation programs.
