I’ve gained extensive experience in a range of customer service and educational roles; specialising in social and digital media, mastering product knowledge, and gaining skills in analysing and interpreting difficult problems. I harbour a true passion for all things Digital, and am fascinated by technology and its place in the customer experience across devices and channels.
