My skills are in the area of development and organizing. I love to come up with creative solutions and to organize a project so the intended desire results in a project that represents the collective ideas & shows the organizations value and mission. Making connections and understanding an organization's history and growth aides in strategic planning and outreach. I have worked in a variety of professional settings doing a myriad of tasks from leading to administration and sales; which has made me a well-rounded leader and deepened my people skills. I am open to being challenged and to learn new ways of doing things.My professional goal is to utilize my knowledge and skills in a variety of settings to foster growth and connection within an organization and its constituents. Building an understanding between a community's historic development and present day relationships with local and national government structures allows growth to happen organically. Assisting youth to venture beyond their neighborhood and gain an appreciation for their talents, skills, and abilities enables communities to see what is possible. It also gives adults a chance to be reminded about their own passions and dreams.
