Performance Manager 1
Current• Client oversight of NextGear Capital’s Core clients as assigned• Daily client engagement via phone/in person with Core dealer group, as assigned• Utilize reporting system, aggregated data, and SalesForce tools to aid in tracking and managing of assigned client base• Reconcile collateral audit issues and engage with client to ensure compliance with NextGear Capital expectations• Track client utilization and leverage risk data to maximize client performance• Conduct monthly consulting calls to discuss the health and wealth of the dealership, account management and industry insights• Work collaboratively with field operations team members, and various departments within NextGear Capital to achieve monthly/annual goals• Work collaboratively with Cox business unit team members to drive dealer performance and NextGear Capital’s monthly/annual goals• Work collaboratively with NextGear Capital Team Members to drive revenue, grow Cox Automotive, and maximize profitability through controlled growth and risk mitigation• Risk Management of NextGear Capital’s largest clients• Determine and acknowledge dealer risk, advise and coordinate with the risk department to analyze and develop collections strategies• Leverage relationships and reporting available to determine growth opportunities within the portfolio• Construct lending applications and walk through the appropriate processes to contracting
