With over 15 years of experience in technology management, data monitoring, and customer relationship management (CRM), I am a passionate and driven professional who strives to deliver innovative and effective solutions for my clients and team. As a technology manager at Kingdom Benefit Group, I oversee the technological needs and strategies within the company, and ensure that our data collection, analysis, and quality control processes are reliable, accurate, and compliant. I also develop and administer our company database system, and serve as the IT help desk for field and office staff. I enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, where I can leverage my skills and expertise to support the company's mission and vision, and contribute to its growth and success.Prior to joining Kingdom Benefit Group, I was a database administrator at SafeworkCM, a firm that provides FEMA PA grant administration services for municipalities and drainage districts affected by hurricanes. In this role, I was responsible for compiling, analyzing, and quantifying the damage from aerial drone imaging and in-field data collection, and developing and administering a grant management information system for our subgrantee clients. I also coordinated with clients to format project invoicing in a manner acceptable to the funding agencies. This experience enhanced my skills in data monitoring, quality control, CRM, and project management, and taught me how to work effectively under pressure and deadlines. Additionally, I am the founder of my own company, where I offer similar services to other clients in the field of disaster recovery.
