Melvin's projects, talks and workshops have reached audiences across the UK, Europe, and the USA, inspiring countless individuals to take action and create positive change in their communities.His contributions include working with numerous youth organisations such as United by Birmingham, West Midlands police as a youth police crime commissioner, IMF as a youth fellow, the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games as their advocate for youth engagement, MENTOR, UNICEF, and others, Melvin has secured several board and advisory roles, WEF global shaper, The Peter Jones foundation youth board, and ambassador for Employability UK, #IWill, The Diana Award and UK Youth.
