🚀 What Is the NYTC? A youth-led Tech for good platform Holding Big Tech to Account We're not a youth charity. We’re not a campaign group, We’re the UK’s first youth-led tech-for-good platform building real-world solutions that challenge how digital and emerging technologies are developed and governed. We create youth-driven digital infrastructure that holds Big Tech, governments, and institutions to account, building the systems we wish had existed when we first came online. We’re not writing reports. We’re not holding protests. We’re building systems, fighting big tech with tech. We use youth-generated insight to develop real-world solutions from digital safety platforms to algorithmic audit systems, and we turn those tools into legislation and public standards, but built by and for young people. Tangible tools = tangible change. We build tech that fixes the harm and push policy that locks it in. Our approach? A fast-moving, interconnected 4 lab model driving a continuous loop of innovation: 🧠 Research & Data — Uncovering harms and equity gaps. 🌐 Tech Innovation — Turning insight into scalable tools. ⚖️ Policy — Translating fixes into frameworks and legislation. 📱 Media & Culture — Making the issues visible and actionable.
