Current• Preparation of documents for the Approvals of the project (MSRA, Material Submittals, WIR, MIR, ITP etc).• Taking Work permits from the respective Municipalities, renewal of the permits, application of completion certificates etc.• Site Engineer for various Structural repairing sites, Crack Injection works, Paint Coating works, Floor Coating works etc.• Conducting Preliminary Site survey and preparation of Survey reports for new sites.• Raising IR for the projects after every stage of works and conducting inspection with the consultants at various sites.• Preparation of Program, weekly reports, Handing over documents, Completion certificates, Warranty etc. for the projects.• Managing of Manpower at site and ordering of the materials according to the scope of work.• Taking Access permits for various sites at Sharjah, Ajman and Dubai.• Preparation of Shop drawings and As Built drawings for the projects.Projects Undertaken: EPG Post Office Al Badaa Basement repair works, Al Qusais Al Futtaim Structural Repair works, GIBCA Structural repair works, AQSA Beam Strengthening works-DHAM, Nakheel Shoreline apartments water leakage works, Basement rectifications, Water Leakage, landscape and Painting works at Dubai Publishing Pavilion at Dubai Production City, Documents Submittals for FOTT Berth 01 to 07 Structural repair and coating works, DXB ramp repair Works etc
