 Requirement gathering from Account Manager, Group Manager.  Participating in conference call with Team Manager, Account Manager.  Coordinating with the Managers to arrange technical panels for interview.  Searching the resume through different channel like Portal, Personal Database, Mass Mailing and candidate references.  Conducting telephonic discussion with candidate to explain the opportunity, to check if the candidate matches with our requirement  Follow ups with Manager & technical Panel on CV short listing, interviews & Feedback.  Conducting HR Interview, salary negotiations & Closing on the candidates.

 Technical evaluation of the candidates based on requirements.  Full cycle recruiting, including sourcing and screening candidates as well as salary negotiations. Searching of profiles and potential candidates.  Preliminary interaction with the candidates and digging out the information about them, their present job profile, projects, past experiences, and convincing them joining the project. Do the references check & Negotiate salary with the candidates and clients.
