As an In-House sales representative I was responsible for member services, upgrading ownership levels, and assisting with refinancing owner accounts. I specialized in product use and ensuring the owner was utilizing the right product and advising them on products that would better suit their needs.

As a Local Account Executive at WWST/Star 102.1 my responsiblities included; attaining budgets, maintaining key relationships and generating new business. I take pride in being acclimated with the Knoxville market, the local mediums, marketing and new technology. For success in this position it was pertinent that I was well versed in all TV stations ratings, able to project future ratings, evaluate cost efficiency and negotiate all aspects with agency buyers.
