Growing up in an immigrant household has largely shaped my perspectives and motivations. I understand what hardship looks like and that opportunities are rare, so they must be seized when present. For this reason, I pride myself in trying to be as efficient as possible and staying open minded and positive. I am always trying to be friendly and greet any and every person with a smile and open arms.I am very grateful for all the opportunities I encountered during my college career. Everything from the people I met, to the classes I was able to learn from. I took advantage of the vast options open to students and graduated with a bachelor’s in financial analysis with two minors: management and economics. I also managed to gain some professional experience by being accepted in classes to act as a student portfolio manager and a student consultant for a local small business. Even after graduating I am and will always consider myself to be a student at heart. To finish a phrase we’ve all heard, but likely not in its complete form, “a jack of all trades is a master of none, … but often times better than a master of one”I believe all experiences are beneficial and often subjects intersect and will benefit from each other. I will continue to learn where I can and if I ever do get the pleasure of meeting you (YES, you reading right now), thank you in advance for your lessons.
