Accountable for the delivering complex and high-profile projects and programmes for Sage, working closely with business colleagues, partners, and customers globally. Accountable for initiating, setting clear direction, creating plans, defining, and managing resource of all levels to deliver against the needed deliverables. Manage teams of multidisciplinary colleagues in a virtual and matrix environment to ensure project delivery is executed to the highest standards and risks and issues are effectively identified, managed, and mitigated. Handel one to many multiple concurrent and complex projects at any one time. Manage a broad range of stakeholders, by communicating, challenging, and influencing at all levels.

Key Responsibilities Include:• Managing the day-to-day aspects of projects – acts as single point of contact• Planning, controlling and managing the project from initiation through delivery and Project Closure• Ensuring all work is fully defined, scoped and planned to meet requirements• Continuously monitor progress and report progress regularly• Makes sure that the deliverables are completed on time and within budget• Implement quality control mechanisms to ensure deliverables are fit for purpose• Identify and manage issues and risks - applying corrective action as necessary• Manages the change control procedure – gain agreement for revisions to the scope• Resource management and scheduling of the project team resources• Stakeholder management with internal and external clients• Effective communication to all stakeholders including 3rd party suppliers• Financial forecasting and budget reporting• Engage and manage 3rd parties to ensure on-going relationships, fulfilment, support & integration• Creation and management of all project related documentation

• Responsible for Business process analysis in order to review and examine business processes and systems, model data, organize activities and develop business strategies.• Use cases and Process mapping As is and To be business process • Leverage business requirements to provide solution assessment and validation.• Undertake the initial definition and documentation of business requirements to defined standards and using appropriate tools, to feed into the scoping and planning of discrete projects.• Document detailed business and functional requirements using appropriate tools and techniques. Ensure these are agreed with all relevant areas• Work with internal and external developers to ensure that business requirements are correctly translated into technical specifications. • Investigate and produce feasibility reports on business ideas for change, including the completion of requirements, business case, solution options, recommendations, impact assessment and estimates. Ensure we make the right priority decisions for all work approved to the next stage.• Complete analysis planning to support Project Planning, and successful completion of Project analysis phases to time and budget• Define User Acceptance Test strategies and approach together with recommendations for coverage which ensure the successful completion of UAT which supports implementation and business need.• Provide input to post-project review activities• Provide analysis support, as required to business implementation activities• Maintain an awareness of regulatory responsibilities including Treating Customers Fairly• (TCF), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Data Protection Act (DPA).

 Responsible for collating business requirements and translating into functional specifications Business Requirement document (BRD) and detailed test plans for all Belfour Beatty Operating companies (OpCo’s) . Responsible for the interpretation of the business processes and requirements gathering for the Oracle r12 and 11i system across Finacials, Inventory and Supplier and Payroll Modules. Handled Requirement gathering for New Custom Reports , Payroll element built, New Pension schemes, New Module, New Interfaces, New International Payroll build, Finance reports, Sub contractor modules requirement and a few to name.  Responsible for obtaining business sign-off for each project phase. Provided the link between client and off-shore development teams throughout the SDLC development lifecycle. Worked with the client to design test scenarios and test scripts. Responsible for UAT testing and Functional solution document sign-off. Produced weekly reports showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies. Maintain system integrity and security and Identify possibilities for process improvement. Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the system development life cycle, including requirements gathering & analysis, system design and development, implementation and testing
