As the People & Culture Manager for Move With Us and Crop Shop Boutique, I manage the HR function which supports a team of 45 (and counting). My role includes the development of employee experience strategies, learning and development, cultural initiatives, performance coaching and management, and ensuring our team is supported to perform at their best.

Postgraduate Practicum - Working with the Effectus Consulting team as an organisational psychology consultant, my proudest achievement was the development and design of a new employee onboarding experience and training system for all incoming consultants and new team members.

I formed a part of the Fletcher Learning & Development team and practised as a provisionally registered psychologist. My most significant projects include the development and design of a new employee experience measurement tool to improve the lived experience of Fletcher employees across Australia and New Zealand.Extended practicum.

Heading up People, Culture and Communications at Just Digital People meant being behind the strategy, execution and delivery of all employee experience initiatives. As well as brand and community engagement of the Just Digital People national brand. In charge of events meant being responsible for the strategy and execution of internally run events, co-sponsored functions, and JDPx, an event series aimed at no filtered approach to industry interaction. JDPx expanded across three states in 2016 and continue to run across 2017.

Working as part of a team in FAMSA's Knysna clinic, being a community and content manager meant being responsible for the execution of strategy around fundraising, social media, and community awareness initiatives. Qualifications in psychology meant working as a Trauma Counsellor within the clinic alongside an internal role of managing the brand and local outreach campaigns. Major campaigns included the National Nelson Mandela Day campaign with Bikers for Mandela, public mental health awareness for Knysna Municipality, and Western Cape 'Activists Against the Exploitation of Children' awareness drive.

Working closely with a PhD Candidate for the University of Queensland, the role as a Research Assistant involved the sourcing of academic articles, proof reading and editing of final theses, conference presentations as well as article submissions to academic journals.
