Responsible for technical leadership, team management, mentoring, and prioritizing demands from four company fronts: marketing, product, sales, and support. I facilitate, encourage, support, and validate the creative guidelines of the design team, consisting of four professionals, aligning our work with the company's strategic decisions.I structured the design department from scratch, recruiting junior, mid-level, and senior graphic designers and motion designers, and assisting in their professional development. I developed internal processes and optimized the design team's workflows in collaboration with other stakeholders.I created a best practices guide for agile methodology, implementing a Kanban method playbook for the design team and other teams. I actively participate in the prototyping of digital products and services, collaborating with the technology, sales teams, and executives (CEO and COO).I create flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and close handoffs to developers. I strengthen the design culture within the company and promote the use of agile methods among stakeholders, ensuring the integration and efficiency of processes.

I was involved in the creation of digital assets for undergraduate, postgraduate (MBAs), and short and medium-term courses (SHIFT). I developed digital campaigns, hot sites, banners, email marketing, and more.

I was responsible for all mobile media materials published by Pontomobi's mobile advertising network. I created and developed banners, rich media, and landing pages for mobile devices. I served clients such as DM9DDB, DPZ, JWT, Cubo CC, and Click Isobar, among other agencies.

I was responsible for hiring, training, and managing the design department, leading a team of art directors, designers, art assistants, and interns. I provided guidance and approval for all executed work. I oversaw project development in collaboration with the Technology department. I served clients such as Reckitt Benckiser, Porto Seguro, Telefônica, iG, Handbook Fashion, among others.

I worked at the São Paulo unit of the Kindle Digital Agency, creating institutional websites, hot sites, mobile applications and e-mail marketing.
