• Responsible for optimizing the production process, developing, modifying and implementing Engineering Changes and New Product Introductions according to the needs and corporate objectives for the plant.
• Responsible for identifying and realizing opportunities for improvement in throughput, quality and cost.
• Coordinate the implementation of Engineering Changes.
• Follow-up modifications on Bill of Materials.
• Require, generate and follow up on material, product Off-specs and Special Build Request's
• Support launching of New Product Introductions.

Chihuahua Area, Mexico

• Responsible for implementing manufacturing engineering plans and projects. Reduce cost and improve quality by hands-on application of technology and of scientific methods of data collection, analysis and root cause.
• Learn, understand, master and teach the technical details of products, processes and equipment supporting the training of engineers, maintenance, operators.
• Validate effective introduction of new products and processes including documentation of process parameters, quality criteria, work instructions, visual aids.
• Responsible for coordinating / getting results of pilot builds.
• Participate and/or support Operational Excellence projects and/or initiatives.
