I maintained close communication with company departments, ensuring timely completion of reports and improving coordination and efficiency. The rectification was successfully completed within six months.● At the end of each year, I lead a team to conduct a satisfaction survey on property service quality. The challenge is ensuring the authenticity, scientific nature, and accuracy of the survey for users in 12 residential areas and 3 office buildings. We independently designed questionnaires, conducted research posters, determined the revisit ratio, and used big data statistical analysis methods. This effort resulted in obtaining 13,967 real samples and compiling a report.

My daily work primarily involves administrative management. ● Distributing and circulating various documents, such as those from the group company and disciplinary committee, as well as receiving faxed documents from superiors.● Conducting pre-meeting preparations and post-meeting minutes writing for various meetings, including the preparation of the General Manager's Office meeting and thematic meetings.● Enriching employee cultural activities by organizing team-building activities such as the hiking event.Our department also oversees organizational management.●Redefining job responsibilities with individual task allocation through the AB role system, ensuring both division of work and collaboration to advance departmental tasks.●Implementing effective epidemic prevention and control measures within the company, assisting Tangfeng community's nucleic acid testing for all 4,320 individuals.

My daily work primarily involves engineering cost management tasks ● The total cost of constructing Shanluo Middle School is approximately 500 million yuan, including 16 individual buildings with significant budgeting work for each building and outdoor engineering. I took the initiative to learn continuously, enhance professional capabilities, and problem-solving skills. After three months, I successfully completed the task.● The initial budget costs for four projects, including Fuping County Dining Commercial Street and hotels, were high. I coordinated with professionals in architecture, structure, HVAC, and electrical engineering to optimize these projects, leading to total cost savings of over 28 million yuan. This project optimization was awarded the Group's Excellence in Engineering Award.My department oversees internal acceptance for the group's construction projects. ● This involves establishing an expert database and organizing on-site project inspections. I've completed 78 acceptance projects, including 41 real estate projects covering 560,000 square meters. My daily work primarily involves cost management tasks ● Overcoming challenges like limited data and time pressures, I independently completed feasibility study reports for over 20 projects, supporting project decision-making. ● I completed the investment estimation for three projects, including the Zhangba Station, providing a basis for project budgeting.● I collaborated with the design department to conduct an economic feasibility comparison analysis for the Gaoke Yuntian project, effectively controlling project costs.
