➢ Responsible for 20 of both direct and franchised stores in Beijing, Urumqi, Shandong Hebei and Northeast provinces achieving hundreds of mililons sales performance and positive earnings through people management, visual merchandising, inventory management, sales force training etc.➢ Analyses sales trends and develops action plans to maximize sales in all stores. Develops implementation and monitoring mechanisms to ensure plan success➢ Ensures store management provides staff with effective sales training and high quality customer service techniques➢ Leads effort to recruit and retain high quality management candidates, and ensures store managers hire high quality sales personnel. Use talent assessment plan to maintain and develop internal high potentials➢ Administers performance programs, including performance appraisals by month quarter and fiscal year➢ Maintains awareness of sales and inventory through report analysis, monitoring and control of transfers, store visits, and communication with the stores➢ Implements Merchandising presentation standards as described in Visual Book and partners with the Visual Team, and ensures store management performs staff Merchandising training as required. Ensures that all signs in the store and windows accurately reflect the current weekly promotions➢ Manages payroll, shortage, and gross margin measurements to budget company tools to prepare sales forecasts and expense budgets➢ Plans new store opening activities and plans personnel transfers as required toensure the complete training of new store team

* Responsible for day-to-day running of a large scale of chained retail shops in Beijing, through people management, visual merchandising, inventory management, sales force training etc.* Lead district managers in achieving sales target of each retail shop in their respective area* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure implementation of training, display, store decoration, and level of inventory in accordance with retail operation requirements* Seek opportunities of new business development and follow new shop opening plan and progress

* Perform new business development by managing group alliance with department groups* Engage in various negotiations with different department stores or shopping malls across china * Lead take-over and set-up a retail operation in a city previously operated by franchise taker * Prepare sales reports, and visit shops with the executive in different cities as well as undertake simultaneous translation to the executive

* Periodic project planning, development and strategic design of marketing initiatives* Responsible for project execution and implementation with inclusion of promotion activities and marketing communication initiatives * Conduct and coordinate preparation of project related various publications such as monthly newsgram, special brochures, promotional flyers and redemption catalogs* To lead and manage the project team
