1．In charge of the business development of NKE bearing in East China.Managed as sales manager of industrial driving field including OEMS and D/D develop to achieve the sales target .And successfully develop business in blank market. like CQGB ,Sulzer,Ingersoll Rand ect.2．Communicate and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with existing customer.3．Initiate RFQ,make cost calculation and submit quotation under supervision.4．Be in cooperation with internal sales team and finance department to keep payment of contract are returned in accordance with required conditions.5．Effectively communicates with the support of Austria headquarter resources in arriving at the best corporate solution to a particular problem ,drive product quality improvement including act as Interface between customer and internal, obtained good appraise and recognized by clients.6．Provide professional technical supports for customers including products introduction and new products promotion ,technical seminar, issues solving, quick response to complaints and quality problems.7．Submit job related reports such as weekly report, weekly plan, forecast, visit report, market research, sales review and so on regularly and timely.

1．Responsible for 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation, and conduct drawing release and product design change.The mainly application is automotive industry.Customer like GKN BOSCH BROSE ect.2．Be responsible for the technical communication with suppliers, verify the samples and approve.3．Responsible for the communication with oversea sales team about product's technical parameters, confirm the product type and track the project process.4．Assistant to or make product design and development schedule, and complete the product design activities accordingly to meet the relative quality requirements.5．Participated in the process audit and prepare for DFMEA ,PPAP,APQP or other documentation for customer (packaging proposal,capacity study ect.)and update it on time.  6．Responded promptly to customer queries and finished the analysis report timely.7．Receive external customer complains and initiate internal analysis process,prepare 8D report.
