-Initiate and own scrum events for participating squads.-Lead the efforts of developing Scaled Agile management best practices.-Facilitate daily Scrum meetings and regular ceremonies.-Plan upcoming sprints for a given project, including helping the team to reach a consensus for what can be achieved during the sprint.-Monitor and report on sprints that are in progress.-Communicate closely with delivery managers for alignment and planning updates.-Collect and analyze related metrics for trends and indicators, facilitate iteration/increment planning, and provide Agile coaching and mentoring at all levels within the organization.

-Leading, training, and coaching the team members in Scrum principles, self-management, and cross-functionality.-Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.-Supporting the Product Owner in Product Backlog management-Ensuring that all Scrum events take place in a productive and timeboxed manner.-Identifying and managing risks, removing impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress and barriers.

-Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.-Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.-Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.-Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.-Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.

-Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals-Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports-Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees-Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities-Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget-Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence-Conducting risk assessments for projects-Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
