- Talent Acquisition: Spearhead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing top talent to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding experiences.- Training and Development: Collecting TN and implementing internal & external comprehensive training programs to empower employees with the skills and knowledge.- Organizational Development: Coordinating the performance management cycle every quarter to make sure that all objectives are set and rated.-Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for employees and managers, resolving conflicts, and addressing inquiries.- HR Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including payroll inputs (Attendance, bank accounts, allowances), system feeding, personnel files, preparing hiring / exit documents, and handle all employees' requests (HR letters, Loans, etc.)
