Job ProfileSales & Marketing of high quality furniture to the Hospitality industry and Government organisations, among others, throughout the GCC. Additional responsibility for Logistics Management and Office & Warehouse administration.Responsibilities • Development of leads for Mity-Lite Products throughout the GCC & neighbouring countries and sourcing out new dealers and agents and handling Dealer / Distributor enquiries• Leading Trade Shows for promoting products• Handling Warranty-related matters and timely delivery of replacement of warranty goods• Overseeing concerned Authority Inspections at the warehouse and maintenance of proper warehouse records• Coordination of local import documentation for free movement of goods through the Customs• Negotiating Freight Rates and preparation of documents for shipment to different countries via Air/Sea & Land• Monitoring of Stock levels and maintaining incoming and outgoing stock

Job ProfileIdentifying key business regions. Setting up an international agent network for Import & Export, as well as coordinating with corporate clients for all shipping requirements. Managed the entire operations involving land, Sea and Air for both Imports and Exports.Responsibilities • Developing import & export shipments, setting up a delivery order counter, negotiating export equipment rates and credit facilities with liners• Coordinating with foreign agents for DDU/DDP shipments and negotiating a competitive rate structure for delivery of shipments to various customers, especially in Europe• Overseeing all shipping documentation & bookings and timely execution of shipments & container movements• Instrumental in developing & coordinating L/C shipments documentation with both shippers and consignees to different regions
