Current• Product Leadership: Drive product strategy and vision for selection activities, including GEMSAS. Ensure high-quality products meeting selection requirements through agile methodologies.• Program and Process Management: Conceptualize, plan, initiate, and review programs, processes, and policies for effective and efficient operations. Implement agile methodologies for iterative product development.• Team Oversight and Leadership: Lead assessment team through recruitment, training, and performance management. Offer support, coaching, and guidance for high performance and professional growth.• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily assessment activities, manage work volume, and conduct performance reporting. Strategically allocate resources to meet goals and optimize productivity.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, forge relationships, and create dialogue opportunities. Build connections with external teams for alignment and successful outcomes.• Representation and Guidance: Act as a representative for selection interests, providing operational guidance in internal and external forums based on extensive product knowledge and expertise.• IT Collaboration: Work collaboratively with IT teams on bug maintenance, system mechanisms, and transformation projects. Contribute to user acceptance testing and agile sprint planning.• Quality Assurance and Documentation: Develop and implement robust quality assurance processes. Enhance operational efficiency and compliance through continuous documentation improvements.
