The following is added on top of the work involved as part of AAPT/Powertel Role.• Facilitating changes within the Oracle workflow process in order to interface with new platforms.• Addressing of B2B Ordering of, product issues raised by the wholesale customers.• Identifying to raising of issues related to the B2B Ordering interfaces and thereafter following up with third party vendors of the likes of Telstra/iiNet to NBN Co,• Facilitating of “bulk” migration of DATA services from wholesalers and thereafter managing it. Also “bulk” migration of On Net services across to TPG network.

Constant monitoring for un-known anomalies within the DATA/Voice provisioning software applications, if found; identify the impact, analyse the root cause within, recommend a solution and apply the interim solution until a permanent solution is been applied in compliance with change process in place.Identifying any discrepancies/and or lack of business processes, and work towards fulfilling them by a change to the existing/and or coming up with a new process altogether.Managing of the on boarding process to order via backend B2B interfaces for wholesale customers.Apart from that, trouble tickets that are raised which impacts internal/external customer processing of ordering/provisioning is been promptly looked at to provide a feedback of the nature of the issue if any.

Been accountable for the following key areas; Bill runs, Carrier Usage File Processing, Wholesale Usage File generation, Analytical reporting and Solving Billing Issues.

Worked with the following technologies, Oracle/C++ on a Sun Solaris platform in order to, Design, Develop, Deploy and Enhance a modularised Customer Care and a Billing System. (Initially for the GSM sector and evolving towards Telecom as a whole)Primary focus has been on the following modules; Customer Care, Provisioning, Mediation and Rating.
