I worked as a Customer Service Representative first after I graduated college. My plan was only to get work experience but as I go along and work I realized that I enjoyed what I’m doing. After a year of working as CSR, I was promoted as Quality Analyst - wherein I was tasked to listen and check the calls of our associates. Aside from listening to calls, we are also assigned to scrub cases, make sure that our associates are following the correct process. As a QA, I also had experience providing feedback that can help improve our protocols and processes. I also was assigned as a Quality Lead during my tenure with Amazon. After that, I have temporarily worked as a virtual assistant- mainly as transcriber then as an account coordinator for Amazon Sellers. I’ve experience admin tasks when I was a VA. Then last 2020, I decided to work in an office, I was a credit bureau dispute staff for Capital One, I investigate and verify the disputes of the clients for their credit scores. Currently I am now working as CSR again for TPG Telecom, I am handling mostly billing.
