Hi, I'm Praveen Kumar, Associate Manager, IT Infrastructure at Provana. I have always been fascinated by computers and technology, ever since I was in high school. I was always the go-to person in my house for anything technical even when It was new for me as well. I think this curiosity made me opt for information technology for my higher studies and I am happy that I followed it.I have about 10 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure solutions for various clients across different industries. I have worked on network security using Palo Alto firewall, virtual firewall from Sophos, Azure infra optimization, Front door implementation, and Door access control implementation. I have learned about Application security, IPsec management, Virtual networks on Azure, SFTP servers, VM management, and SIEM tools.By optimizing the infra on Azure, I have been able to save costs and utilize our resources better. I add value to the company by working on solutions that are well-optimized and keep our costs in check. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams and junior mentor staff to ensure quality and efficiency.I have been recognized for my efforts and received "Shabhashi" & "Bravo" for consecutive quarters.I am passionate about learning new technologies and best practices and sharing my knowledge with others. I regularly attend webinars, podcasts, and online courses to keep myself updated and informed.
