Evaluate team training and development needs and opportunities.• Act as a referent for employees on HR documentation, issues, policies, and procedures.

• Lead the full cycle of the recruiting strategy and process for USA clients.• Proactive sourcing through networking, internal databases, employee referrals building a pool of qualified candidates from all over the world. Keep up-to date candidates status on ATS ensuring an excellent experience and providing value at every stage.• Research and apply trends and best practices in HR procedures. • On-boarding and coaching of new team members.
