• Responsible for developing and executing Talent & People processes and projects as a key business partner with leaders and teams.
• Create and lead the Talent Acquisition strategy and life-cycle, on-boarding & off-boarding processes, HR workflows, documentation, surveys and other best practices.

• Contribute to a positive employee lifecycle by a culture and commitment promotion, on-boarding process, climate surveys, performance reviews, recognition programs and experiences improvement.
• Develop initiatives to foster the employer brand, external and internal communication. Evaluate team training and development needs and opportunities.
• Act as a referent for employees on HR documentation, issues, policies, and procedures.

• Lead the full cycle of the recruiting strategy and process for USA clients.
• Proactive sourcing through networking, internal databases, employee referrals building a pool of qualified candidates from all over the world. Keep up-to date candidates status on ATS ensuring an excellent experience.
• Research and apply trends and best practices in HR procedures.
• On-boarding and coaching of new team members.
