I have over 7 years of experience working in operations and project management utilizing data analysis to help non profit organizations and charter schools meet compliance needs, certify teachers, feed students and crush state testing. In every role I've held I have been successful in creating systems and processes that never existed, working under intense pressure and alleviating major pain points that had previously plagued specific teams and the organization as a whole. I thrive in bustling environments and enjoy both quasi and true start ups.Most recently, I worked with a network of 19 schools transforming the way we serve students and teachers by simplifying processes and cutting through state and federal bureaucracy.In previous roles, I worked in special education ensuring that the most at-risk students receive the help they need through specialized classes or with the support of providers like speech and physical therapists. Now, I'm looking to transfer my operation, project management, and leader skills to tech startups ideally in the education, health, or web3 spheres. Outside of work, I'm an avid lover of art, music and literature and I am in the process of starting my own blog jotting down my thoughts and opinions on everything from my favorite books, to what I'm learning with SheFi, to the music and iconography of Michael Jackson!
