About Mercedes Sidders

An MBA and MPA/ID Dual Degree Candidate at MIT Sloan and Harvard Kennedy School.Before graduate school, I was an advisor in the central team that assisted the President and the Chief of Staff of Argentina in the coordination of social policies and in improving the targeting of subsidies (2016 - 2019).I was also a teaching assistant in the Economics Department of San Andrés University and I assisted in and coauthored several investigations for international organizations (IADB, World Bank and Open Society Foundation).I am looking for opportunities and experiences that challenge me intellectually and foster my creativity.Regarding my academic background, I have a BA in Political Science and MA in Economics from San Andrés University.I love Latin-American fiction and Visual arts and I enjoy running and hiking in my free time.Specialities and skills: International Development, Social Impact, Micro and Macro-economics, Statistical and Econometric Analysis, Analytical and Quantitive Skills, Leadership, Cross-team management, Communication Skills, Strategic Planning, Problem Solving, Creativity, Critical Thinking.
