HFS was a back office and professional service provider for SUBWAY and Domino’s.Responsible to partners, two well-known restaurant brands, developing strong partnerships with key stake holders, oversight and management of multiple restaurant operations, developing strategic plans for restaurant growth, direct P&L responsibility, securing financing, increase sales and profits, providing excellent customer experience, hiring and directing key people.Career ProgressionHFS was founded by Jack Henry and began with just one restaurant. From that small beginning HFS grew to sixteen restaurants under two brands and had over two hundred and fifty team members.

From 1996 to 2000 Planned and developed 7 restaurants, worked with the development agent for SUBWAY Puerto Rico to select new food distributor, and local advertising agency. For several years was the board chair of Franchise Advertising Fund of Puerto Rico representing all SUBWAY franchisees.

Started my career with Domino's with a goal to become a franchisee. That was finally realized in 2000. From 1989 till 1992 worked as store manager and district manager for the master franchisee. In 1998 left to focus 100% of my time on SUBWAY. In 2000 was invited to purchase 2 existing restaurants. From 2000 to 2007 developed 3 additional restaurants. In 2014 purchased 4 additional restaurants.In 2012 relocated one of the islands highest volume restaurants to a larger location with a dining area increasing sales 26% and EBITDA 226%.In 2013 relocated another high volume restaurant this time to a standalone location with dinning and drive thru increasing sales 93% and EBITDA 1,096%.Duplicating this process 2 more time between 2014 and 2016.Total store count 9.
