- Create and implement strategies to improve performance.

- Develop individual training plans for staff members to ensure they are able to meet their performance targets.
- Evaluate staff members’ performances regularly and provide feedback on their progress.
- Set clear objectives and expectations for team members and ensure they have the necessary resources to accomplish their tasks effectively.
- Create reports on customer service metrics to share with upper management.
