As a summer legal intern at Kane, Pugh, Knoell, Troy and Kramer, most of my summer research focused on various aspects of liability, business entities, and state evidence law (Pa and NJ). I composed various memos on these topics for both inter-office use and client use. I observed arbitrations, depositions, and deposition preparations. I concluded my summer by drafting a Reply Brief in support of a Motion for Summary Judgment.

During the Spring 2021 semester I worked as a judicial intern to Administrative Judge Allyson Jozwik in the Hearings Unit of the EEOC Philadelphia District. Although still working remotely due to the pandemic, I was able to observe hearings and conferences via Zoom. My daily work entailed researching the required burdens for establishing various claims of discrimination and analysis of the claims in the investigative reports produced to the Judge. I used this information to draft many decisions for Motions for Summary Judgment and Motions to Dismiss. There were also opportunities for me to draft decisions noticing the parties of the Judge's intent to render a decision based on the Report of Investigation.

As a substitute player, I joined the orchestra for concerts with artists such as: Ben Folds, Macy Gray, Kishi Bashi, Tune-Yards, and Kimbra. Performances were held at the Frank Gehry designed New World Center as well as in the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami, Florida.

Philadelphia

As a freelance cellist in the Philadelphia region, I frequently performed with the Pennsylvania Ballet (most recently in their 2019 production of Giselle), Opera Philadelphia, and the Philly Pops Orchestra. I also worked in musical outreach in North Philadelphia with the Prometheus Ensemble providing concerts at Philadelphia's historic Church of the Advocate.I also held Fellowship positions at various summer music festivals outside of Philadelphia. In 2014, I was selected to be a fellow at Aspen Music Festival and School in their Center for Orchestral Leadership. I spent the summer leading the cello section of the Aspen Philharmonic Orchestra as principal cellist as well as conducting rehearsals focused on orchestral excerpts as a teaching assistant. In 2015 and 2016, I won an audition for a Fellowship position at the Tanglewood Music Center, the summer venue for the Boston Symphony Orchestra, and performed in orchestral and chamber concerts. At the culmination of Summer 2015, I was awarded the Karl Zeiss Memorial Cello Prize.I have also held Fellowship positions at both Spoleto Festivals as principal cellist in orchestral and operatic performances. In 2011, I was a fellow in Spoleto, Italy. In 2016 and 2017, I was a fellow in the sister city venue in Charleston, South Carolina.

Miami Beach

As a rotating principal in the cello section, I regularly led the cello section in subscription concerts performed in the Frank Gehry designed New World Center, the home of New World Symphony, as well as the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. Concerts while on tour with New World Symphony included performances in Carnegie Hall in New York City as well as the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.As an active participant in the Community Outreach program, I cultivated a relationship with Miami Jewish Health and developed numerous performances for residents of the Assisted Living Community as well as the Alzheimer's Community.
