Operations Supervisor
CurrentSupervise teams who supply operational process and merchandising support at store. Provide feedback and coach 10 to 40 staff members regarding activities in areas such as truck, merchandising, floor sets, visual displays, and pricing and signing to aid in team growth and development. Monitor employee productivity, accuracy, and overall performance ensuring compliance with business and customer service objectives. Analyze workloads and collaborate with store leaders to develop effective schedules. Oversee supply chain management to maintain proper stock levels, and organize reverse logistics, RTV, safety compliance and equipment maintenance.
