• Assist in the review and analysis of Senior Living policies which includes:• Review the current valued loss history to identify any frequency or severity trends for all accounts• Evaluate to ensure the insured complies with our financial underwriting criteria.• Provide commentary and analysis of the loss control survey report, including details from the pre-survey if completed, or any loss control activities conducted since the last renewal• Evaluate factors to account for liability related to injuries or damages occurring on the insured’s property or during the insured’s ongoing business activities

• Evaluate individual risks for acceptability and manage them within my authority, adhering to company underwriting guidelines and standards• Evaluate, modify, or reject new business and renewals based on a comprehensive review. Make account-based decisions considering policyholder tenure, number of accounts, claims history, long-term performance indicators, and adherence to filed rating plans.
