- 4 week food service placement- Project: Food origin audit of fresh and minimally processed foods purchased at Eastern Health- Data collection and analysis on food product origins, manufacturers, and cost- Stakeholder interviews including patients, suppliers, and support service management

- 10 week clinical placement- Experience using PAS and paper-based system- Personal caseload included cardiac, oncology, wounds, gastro-surgical, stroke, rehabilitation wards- Assessment of NJT as well as feed plan creation and implementation

- 3 week clinical placement- Experience using IBA, deLacy and CBORD as well as the paper-based system- Conducted daily MST screening rounds, SGAs, diet histories and patient education sessions (CVD and T2DM)- Attended discharge meetings- Shadowed dietitians on cardiac, gastro-surgical wards, and outpatients (East Melbourne Campus)

- 8 week long placement working in a public health setting on a project targeting key nutrition concerns of local parents. - Project: A mixed method pilot program for local parents to improve family meals by increasing vegetables and building time management skills.- Engaged with community parents at an information stall at the kindergarten, - Created a range of deliverables including a ‘Meals Reimagined’ cooking class and resources for the community, newsletter articles, social media posts, flyers, posters, and children’s activities.
