Create and oversee the implementation of fundraising strategies for donor cultivation and solicitation. Maintain active portfolio of donors for major gifts and annual fund. Provide advice and leadership to the institute in identifying, recruiting and training volunteer advisory board members to assist in the cultivation and solicitation of major gift prospects. Conduct donor research for major gift prospects.Plan special events for various fundraising initiatives. Prepare and manage all donor correspondence, proposals, thank you letters and holiday cards. Responsible for marketing materials such as brochures, website content and the annual Vision magazine. Provide tours to prospective donors and faculty recruits.

• Provided support to the Senior Director of Development in all development related activities. Planned all meetings, activities and special events, including: meetings of the PRI Advisory Board, Director’s Club, Beautiful Minds and any other donor cultivation and recognition events. Established and maintained relationships with Advisory Board members and donors. Assisted with the development of publications, such as Mind Matters, invitations and any other marketing materials. Maintained records of special events, board membership and Director’s Club membership. Updated and edited donor records in Advance donor record system and helped formulate solicitation plans. Assisted with the preparation and management of major gift proposals, gift agreements, financial records and reports. Prepared and managed donor correspondence and thank you letters.
