I was a leader in character development and resiliency of teens, in a mountainous outdoor setting. As a counselor I safely planed, mapped, and guided 3-5 day backpacking trips in the Colorado Rockies. I exemplified exceptional oral and written communication skills between coworkers, campers, and parents alike.

I aided in putting on over 38 Continuing Medical Education meetings for providers of all levels, managed the Executive Physical Program for over 40 patients, aided in creation of community benefit meetings reaching out to over 100 patrons each time, and assembled satisfaction surveys statistic results.
