Cross-examined government expert witnesses regarding digital and computer forensic analysis. Handled direct examination of character witness. Wrote all motions and sentencing submission.• Served as second chair for federal bench trial for client charged as felon in possession of a weapon. Made opening argument. Successfully urged the Court to reconsider prior judge’s decision denying a suppression hearing. Wrote all pre- and post-trial motions and sentencing submission. • Served as second chair during federal jury trial for client accused of wire fraud, bank fraud and securities fraud. Client pled guilty on third day. • Served as second chair for a competency hearing and cross-examined government’s expert witness.• Argued before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of client convicted of conspiracy and wire fraud.• Negotiated plea package for major drug case and also negotiated plea for client charged with driving while intoxicated, both in Manhattan Criminal Court.
