With extensive experience and a strong evidence-based understanding of the online learner experience, behaviors and preferences, Meredith has been responsible for successfully and effectively identifying and managing projects and initiatives, as well as supporting other projects and providing subject matter expertise, to improve and enhance the experiences of students studying online at Deakin's Cloud Campus. The key drivers of these projects is to contribute to increased student connectedness, motivation and self-management, and consequent engagement and retention. Meredith has contributed to a greater awareness and understanding of the online learner experience across the university, which has resulted in a number of service and support improvements for this cohort at all stages of their journey - from making informed decisions about course selection, to getting started, to learning and achieving through to becoming employment ready.
