-Ensure correct grammar, consistent style, and adherence to relevant guidelines and specifications in documents prepared by Global Medical Writing. -Promote standardization of business practices through creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures, job aids, and training materials. Perform annual review of all procedural documents, and train pharmacy students, residents, and new employees on business processes.-Ensure consistent style and appropriate presentation of data through creation of document templates and shells for Global Medical Writing and Epidemiology groups.-Conduct comprehensive searches of online biomedical databases (e.g., MEDLINE, EMBASE) to identify relevant literature to include in documents prepared by Global Medical Writing.-Ensure compliance with copyright restrictions by serving as expert on literature procurement and copyright.

-Ensured correct grammar, consistent style, and adherence to relevant guidelines and specifications by assisting Senior Editor with review of documents.-Ensured compliance with copyright restrictions by fulfilling literature requests in compliance with copyright law. Maintained and reported document retrieval costs and copyright clearance costs for client billing. -Facilitated and streamlined overall operation of Writing & Editorial Services by developing forms, templates, and job aids. Trained staff on appropriate methods of procurement and use of copyrighted materials.
