As the former Director of Advancement at Gill St. Bernard's School (GSB), I had the privilege of leading a team of professionals who were responsible for raising funds, engaging donors, empowering the community, and organizing events to support the school's strategic vision and goals. With over 25 years of experience in the non-profit sector, I have developed a progressive management style that unites team members to achieve strategic and financial goals. I am currently pursuing an Executive Master of Nonprofit Administration (EMNA) degree at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business. My program focus is on applying best practices and ethical principles to the challenges and opportunities of leading and managing non-profit organizations. I am passionate about advancing a non-profit's mission, fostering a culture of philanthropy and gratitude among the community, and creating meaningful and lasting relationships with donors and supporters.
