Provide financial consultation, support and communication of results to executive leadership for $1B annual revenue portfolio. Develop talent through collaborative assessment of current knowledge, skills and abilities and an actionable plan to achieve training, personal growth, and opportunities (teams access multiple locations, heritage businesses and levels--total team of 8). Ensure all financial transactions are in accordance with GAAP, Statutory requirements and Collins Controls and Compliance. Responsible for the development of the long-range plan, annual plan and quarterly forecast. Support merger, acquisition divestiture and integration activities.

Plan, organize and coordinate international tax strategies to achieve commitments to corporation, working with external legal and tax consultants. Overall responsibility for completion of Foreign Tax Credit-Corporations (filed with U.S. corporate income tax return)

Perform all aspects of financial and compliance audits, including scoping, budgeting, testing, coaching, reviewing, entrance/exit convergences and report writing. Participate in Lean Events in order to improve processes and prove for efficiencies.

Perform audit procedures in accordance with GAAS on all significant financial statement accounts. Coach younger staff on engagements through training on specific audit procedures and methodology. Assist with project economics by preparing budgets and reviewing them often versus actual costs. Coordinate all aspects of the audit, including kick-off meetings, physical inventories, fieldwork timing and closing meetings.
