As a Board Certified Coach, accredited by the Center for Credentialing & Education, maintaining a high level of professional accountability is essential to my practice. Prior to receiving my board certification in coaching, I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Illinois in 2003, and am a Board Certified Counselor. My knowledge base and expertise creates a practice that is academically sound, utilizes knowledge of human behavior, motivation, and behavioral change, and integrates over 15 years of professional counseling and coaching services.
