- Meet with student-athletes to strengthen their resumes, cover letters, and personal statements through workshops and one-on-one meetings- Plan and execute numerous professional development events to maximize opportunities for active student-athletes- Serve as the Assistant Tutorial Coordinator by managing the virtual tutoring program, student-athlete no-show log, hiring and evaluating tutors, monitoring in-person and virtual tutorial sessions, and communicating with 50 Tutors & Learning Assistants- Coordinate outreach events with various partners to increase student-athlete community engagement- Serve as the Assistant Academic Coordinator for the Women's Tennis team by monitoring grades, closely tracking at-risk students, scheduling tutorial, informing coaches of academic progress, and aid in the recruitment of prospective student-athletes
