Managed team finances, including but not limited to, allocation of resources and purchase of equipment, travel and practice budget, gear budget, and scholarship funding. Acted as key liaison between NCAA compliance, academics, business office, housing, financial aid, and other relevant departments. Ensured team and staff was in full compliance of NCAA rules at all times, including but not limited to, recruiting communication and visits, scholarship and financial aid, eligibility, and practice regulations.
