Develop a pipeline of candidates via multiple recruiting methods, including Internet postings and searches, networking with referrals, and social media. Conduct phone screens and face-to-face interviews to ensure the most qualified candidates are referred to the hiring manager for their consideration. Proactively develop a pipeline of candidates for multiple skill sets. Screen potential contractors, negotiate pay rates, and hire and terminate contractors. Serve as the liaison between management and contract personnel to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution. Partner with corporate shared services staff (billing, legal/HR, IT, etc.) to ensure customer and employee satisfaction.
