With 15 years of experience in education reform and nonprofit leadership, I most enjoy working alongside visionary leaders to bring to life their big ideas for positive social change. As an expert generalist with communications, project management, and strategy development expertise, I have a unique ability to listen, synthesize, facilitate collaboration, and activate change. I am committed to centering marginalized voices and perspectives, in particular those of Black students and families, and continue to humbly learn and grow in my capacity to do so. I am especially passionate about issues of belonging, equity, and approaches to reform that recognize and empower the potential of all youth to realize their biggest dreams.
