Passionate about helping teams perform together through change in order to make a meaningful positive impact in the world. Too many great ideas fail in implementation, especially those with the potential to make our economy more just, and our society more sustainable. They fail in part because teams struggle to sustain performance through change. Over 20 years of leading complex change efforts in the public and private sectors, I have learned that team performance happens at the intersection of adequate vision, sufficient process, and positive culture. Teams fail to perform and deliver when there is too much vision or not enough, too much process or not enough, too toxic a culture or too complacent. At Outside Angle we help our clients harmonize these essential domains by sharpening vision, calibrating process, and optimizing culture for each organization's context. Our work is creative and rigorous, and grounded in deep experience leading change, building teams, and managing complex organizational transformations in the public and private sector.
